Service Description
Our Basic Cleaning package is designed exclusively for customers who understand the value of regular upkeep. This package includes a hand wash and dry of the exterior, along with a quick spray wax application to maintain your vehicle's shine. We'll also clean your wheel faces and arches, dress your tires, and ensure your windows are sparkling clean, all in record time. The interior receives a full vacuum (seats, floors, and trunk) and quick wipe down including dashboard, trims, steering wheel, and door jams. Ideal for keeping your car looking its best between more intensive detailing sessions.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms: Eligibility: This on call basic cleaning is available for Sedans and Coupes, Small SUVs, Mid to Full Size SUVs, and XL Vehicles. Service Areas: Plans are valid within our designated service areas. Services outside these areas may incur additional charges. Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel a wash with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in non-refundable deposit of $15. Payment: Payment for the appointment is due at checkout. Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule a wash with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded. Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We will notify customers in advance and provide alternative dates. Vehicle Condition: The basic cleaning is designed for regularly maintained vehicles. Excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair may require additional services at an extra charge. Modifications: No Hard Feelings Detailing reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the basic cleaning with prior notice to the customers.
